RESOLUTION APPROVING .AND ,ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED OCTOBER 1, 1979 FROM SCHENK ENGINEERING CO-
MPANY, FOR ENGINEERING .SERVICES FOR BISHOP ,AVENUE
DRAINAGE WAY, AND .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Bishop .Avenue Drainage Way, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shown
in their statement dated October 1, 1979, is $350.00, now, there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $350.00 being
payment for the statement dated October 1, 1979, on said contract
for engineering services rendered in connection with the Bishop
Avenue Drainage Way, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Fin-
ance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Schenk Engineering Company, of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of December, 1979.
