RESOLUTION APPROVING .AND ,ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 8, 1979 FROM
BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCI.ATES, INC., FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WEST RIDGEWAY
.AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CONT-
RACT NO. 12, AND .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .AC-
C ORDINGLY .
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc., Engineers,
Waterlog, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect
ion with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project,
Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering sera -
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc.,
as shown in their statement dated November 8, 1979, is $3, 089.34,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc., be paid the sum of $3,
089.34 being payment for the statement dated November 8, 1979,
on said contract for engineering services rendered in connection
with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project, Contract
No. 12, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Brice, Petrides & ,Associates, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of December, 1979.
