RESOLUTION .APPROVING .AND .ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED NOVEMBER 9, 1979 FROM TWIN CITY TESTING .AND
ENGINEERING LABORATORY, INC., FOR LABORATORY SER-
VICES FOR BONTRAGER PARK FLOOD CONTROL, CONTRACT
NO. 99C, .AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc.,
Engineers, have rendered engineering services in connection with
the Bontrager Park Control, Contract No. 99C, in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services,
rendered by the said Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory,
Inc., as shown in their statement dated November 9, 1979, is $55.00,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc., be paid
the sum of $55.00 being payment for the statement dated November
9, 1979, on said contract for engineering services rendered in
connection with the Bontrager Park Flood Control, Contract No. 99C,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Twin
City Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc., St. Paul, Minn-
esota.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of December, 1979.
