RESOLUTION AP PROT ING .AND .ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 13, 1979 FROM
SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY, FOR ENGIN-
EERING SERVICES FOR F.Y. 1979 PAVING
PROGRAM I, CONTRACT NO. 166, AND AUTH-
ORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program I, Contract No. 166, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shown
in their statement dated November 13, 1979, is $4, 927.50, now,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $4, 927. 50
being payment for the statement dated November 13, 1979, on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with
the F.Y. 1979 Paving Program I, Contract No. 166, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Schenk Engineering
Company, of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of December, 1979.
