WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineerinq services in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. II, Contract No. 170, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shown
in their statement dated November 13, 1979, is $1, 216.50, now,
theref ore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $1, 216.50
being payment for the statement dated November 13, 1979, on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with
the F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. II, Contract No. 170, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant ac-
cordinqly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Schenk
Jolene DeL orbe , Deputy Clerk.
