RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a 30 -foot wood pole with a 6 -foot mast arm and a 100 -
watt HPS street light be installed in the area of 147 St. Croix
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010.
