events planned for My Waterloo Days.

changes for My Waterloo Days 2023.Mr.
Hall expressed the need for volunteers for
the event and is confident the new
structure will benefit all attendees.
Mr.Chiles thanked Experience Waterloo
and congratulated them on their contribu-
tions to the event.
Mayor Hart commented on the efforts to
generate more volunteers and publicize
My Waterloo Days.
Resolution approving award of bid to
Woodruff Construction, Inc., of Fort
Dodge, Iowa. in the amount of
$9,362,172.82, approving the contract,
bonds, and certificate of insurance, in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Gates Park
Improvements, Contract No. 1076, and
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute said documents.

Mr. Boesen commented that he is very
excited the plan worked out for all people
in this area. he feels it is an incredible
addition to the area and thanked the city
staff for their efforts to move the project
forward to completion.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Hart announced the ribbon cutting
and light show for the Waterloo River
Lights, on June 1, 2023, at Anton's
Garden,7:00 p.m.
