RESOLUTION APPROVING EXCEEDING OF ORIGINAL
AGREEMENT AMOUNT WITH AECOM FOR THE F.Y. 2010
CEDAR PRAIRIE TRAIL BRIDGE REPAIRS, CONTRACT
NO. 764.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the original agreement amount be exceeded by $7,000.00 for
design and inspection services for the F.Y. 2010 Cedar Prairie
Trail Bridge Repairs, Contract No. 764, by and between AECOM of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010.
