RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE ORDER WITH
HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PURCHASE ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Order dated June 7, 2010, to allow for the
change in scope for contractual services for the Chamberlain
Demolition Observation Services, by and between Howard R. Green
Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010.
