RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH JSA DEVELOPMENT, LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated June 7, 2010, to allow for
the construction of a 318" x 51, 13" tall concrete fire escape
pad/landing from the fire exit on the far northeasterly corner of
the building located at 128 East 4th Street, legally described as
follows:
Original Plat, Waterloo East, the Northeasterly twenty-
two (22) feet of the Northwesterly eighty (80) feet of
Lot 2, Block 3, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa;
by and between JSA Development, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
