BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the amendment to Article III, No. 1, Development Standards, of the Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1 be restated as follows: 1. Auto Parking. All auto parking requirements must be provided for within the property boundaries. On street parking will not be permitted. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010. VL Ernest G.
