RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR ASPHALT EMULSIONS/
BITUMINOUS PRODUCTS FOR THE OILING, SEAL
COATING, CHIP SEALING, FOG SEALING, CRACK
SEALING AND OIL PATCH MATERIAL PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Street
Superintendent to prepare and file specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for Asphalt Emulsions/Bituminous Products
for the Oiling, Seal Coating, Chip Sealing, Fog Sealing, Crack
Sealing and Oil Patch Material Programs, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
