RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. FOR ASPHALT
EMULSIONS/BITUMINOUS PRODUCTS FOR THE OILING,
SEAL COATING, CHIP SEALING, FOG SEALING,
CRACK SEALING AND OIL PATCH MATERIAL
PROGRAMS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS JUNE 21, 2010,
AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 21St day of June, 2010, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. for Asphalt
Emulsions/Bituminous Products for the Oiling, Seal Coating, Chip
Sealing, Fog Sealing, Crack Sealing and Oil Patch Material
Programs, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
