RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE MODIFICATION WITR
THE INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING INSTITUTE AND
MUSEUM, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
LEASE MODIFICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Modification dated June 3, 2010, to assign its
interest as tenant under the lease of property located at 303
Jefferson Street to the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, Inc., by
and between the International Wrestling Institute and Museum,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2010.
