RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1604
GARDEN AVENUE, 414 FOWLER STREET, 1218
SYCAMORE STREET, 218 EAST 7TH STREET, 2265
LAFAYETTE STREET, 734 VINTON STREET, 201
INDEPENDENCE AVENUE, 125 CONGER STREET AND
647 ANKENY STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is the owner of property
located at 1604 Garden Avenue, 414 Fowler Street, 1218 Sycamore
Street, 218 East 7th Street, 2265 Lafayette Street, 734 Vinton
Street, 201 Independence Avenue, 125 Conger Street and 647 Ankeny
Street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of canceling special assessments for property located at
1604 Garden Avenue, 414 Fowler Street, 1218 Sycamore Street, 218
East 7th Street, 2265 Lafayette Street, 734 Vinton Street, 201
Independence Avenue, 125 Conger Street and 647 Ankeny Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following special assessments be and the
same hereby canceled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby
directed to notify the County Treasurer of said cancellation.
