RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
MASTER EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH U.S. BANK
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Master Easement Agreement dated
June 14, 2010, for permanent and temporary easements for the
Upper and Lower Plaza Riverfront Renaissance Projects, by and
between U.S. Bank National Association and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June 2010.
