RESOLUTION NO. 2023-393
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $60,000.00, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 20, 2023 between Main Street Waterloo and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $60,000.00, to furnish technical and professional
assistance in connection with the redevelopment of Downtown Waterloo for FY 2024 , is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo.
