RESOLUTION NO. 2023-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN
ORIGINALLY APPROVED ON FEBRUARY 27, 2023, FOR AN
ADDITIONAL $8,900.00, FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE
OF $36,550.00, TO COMPLETE ADDITIONAL TESTING AT
GATES PARK, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed February 27,
2023, between HR Green and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for an additional $8,900.00, for a total
contract price of $36,550.00, to complete additional testing at Gates Park, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
