RESOLUTION NO. 2023-397
RESOLUTION APPROVING GOLF COURSE PRO SHOP
AGREEMENT WITH ML GOLF INC. AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Golf Course Pro Shop Agreement, between M.L. Golf Inc., ("Golf Pro") and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, commencing on January 1, 2024 and continuing until and including December
31, 2031, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
