RESOLUTION NO. 2023-398
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $548.32, WITH MARTA M. SULENTIC,
RELATED TO THE TITUS LIFT STATION AND FORCE
MAIN, LOCATED AT 1658 BURTON AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a
Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with Marta M. Sulentic, in the amount of
$548.32, related to the Titus Lift Station and Force Main, located at 1658 Burton Avenue, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said
document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
