RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
VAC ALL FOR THE WASTE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $518,836.43.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a VAC ALL for the Waste Management Department, in the amount of
$518,836.43, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
