RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING POLICY FOR THE PURCHASE OF
FUEL TANK SOFTWARE FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 27,782.65.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of Fuel Tank Software for the Public Works Department, in the amount of
$27,782.65, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
