RESOLUTION SUBMITTING A NUTRIENT REDUCTION STUDY TO
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AS
REQUIRED BY THE NPDES PERMIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of the Nutrient Reduction study to the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources, as required by the NPDES Permit, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
