RESOLUTION NO. 2023-387
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TWO (2) YEAR RENEWAL OF
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LUMEN TECHNOLOGIES GROUP
(CENTURY LINK) TO PROVIDE NETWORK ACCESS FOR
DELIVERY OF PHONE SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the two (2) year renewal of services Agreement with Lumen Technologies Group (Century
Link) to provide network access for delivery of phone services, be hereby approved, and
authorize and direct the Technology Services Director to execute said document
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
