RESOLUTION NO. 2023-388
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENTS FOR PARCEL 891324476010 IN THE
APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF $13,500.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY THE BLACK
HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for parcel number 891324476010 billed for unpaid Code Enforcement
property maintenance fees on the vacant property, in the approximate amount of $13,500.00, is
hereby cancelled, along with penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City
Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2023.
