RESOLUTION NO. 2023-402
RESOLUTION APPROVING LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH CHUBB,
TRAVELERS, ARCH, ALLIED, AND COALITION FOR PROPERTY,
TORT, EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES, PUBLIC OFFICIALS, LAW
ENFORCEMENT LIABILITY, AUTO, CYBER, UMBRELLA, AND
EXCESS LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE, WITH A TOTAL
PREMIUM OF $2,086,079.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of liability insurance with Chubb, Travelers, Arch, Allied, and Coalition for
property, tort, employment practices, public officials, law enforcement liability, auto, cyber,
umbrella, and excess liability insurance coverage, with a total premium of $2,086,079.00, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of June 2023.
