RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE AND IRREVOCABLE
ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FUNDS AGREEMENT FROM
ROBERT C. HAUPTLEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 REMOVAL AND
REPLACEMENT OF THE AERATION EQUIPMENT AT THE
SATELLITE AND EASTON AVENUE WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL FACILITIES, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 788.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract and Irrevocable Assignment of Contract Funds
Agreement with Robert C. Hauptley Construction Company of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 Removal and Replacement of the
Aeration Equipment at the Satellite and Easton Avenue Water
Pollution Control Facilities, Contract No. 788, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 14 h day of June, 2010,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by American Safety Casualty Insurance
Company of Calabasas, California, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
