RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 3 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that. Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated June 14, 2010, at an
estimated cost not to exceed $45,000.00, for construction -related
services for the removal and replacement of aeration equipment in
the existing aeration basins at the Satellite and Easton Avenue
Water Pollution Control Facilities, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
