RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MBAK PROPERTIES
LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Development Agreement dated June 14,
2010, to change the start date from April 1, 2010 to August 1,
2010, and to change the end date from December 31, 2010 to April
1, 2011, for development of a 12,500 square foot medical office
building on a 1.25 -acre site generally located at the southeast
corner of Hurst Drive and San Marnan Drive, by and between MBAK
Properties LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
