RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 14, 2010, in the amount of
$9,800.00, to provide engineering design services for traffic
safety improvements at the intersections of Williston Avenue and
Baltimore Street, and Williston Avenue and West 9th Street, by
and between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
