RESOLUTION APPROVING A STORM WATER
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AGREEMENT WITH AIRLINE
STORAGE, LLC, FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A
STORMWATER DETENTION POND, LOCATED AT 3318
WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the Storm Water Maintenance and Repair Agreement with Airline Storage, LLC, for the
maintenance of a storm water detention pond, located at 3318 West Airline Highway, and legally
described as follows:
LOTS 1 AND 2, WEST PORT, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2023.
