RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES WITH CEDAR BEND HUMANE
SOCIETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Animal Control Services dated June 14,
2010, at a rate of $17,229.50 per month for pick up and disposal
of deceased deer and/or pick up of wildlife, for the period
July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, by and between the Cedar Bend
Humane Society of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
