RESOLUTION NO. 2023-417
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE
CURRENT CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC SAFETY
COMMUNICATIONS 28E AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an amendment to the current Consolidated Public Safety Communications 28E Agreement,
originally approved October 1, 2020, replacing the Article entitled "ARTICLE 10:
FINANCING", is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
