RESOLUTION NO. 2023-419
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2024 AND FY 2025
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GROW
CEDAR VALLEY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,625.00, WITH
$80,750.00 IN POTENTIAL INCENTIVE FUNDS ANNUALLY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 3, 2023 between Grow Cedar Valley and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $30,625.00, with $80,750.00 in potential incentive
funds annually, to promote economic development, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
