RESOLUTION NO. 2023-420
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH INVISION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $13,000.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FIRST FLOOR POLICE DEPARTMENT PUBLIC
ACCESS/MAYOR OFFICE REMODEL, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 3, 2023 between Invision Architecture and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $13,000.00, in conjunction with the First Floor
Police Department Public Access/Mayor Office Remodel, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
