RESOLUTION NO. 2023-421
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE AND ASSOCIATES, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $72,000.00, FOR CONTINUED WORK ON
DOWNTOWN WATERLOO PLANNING EFFORTS,
REDEVELOPMENT DESIGN, RIVERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT, AND FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR FY
2024, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 3, 2023 between Vandewalle and Associates
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,000.00, for continued work on downtown
Waterloo planning efforts, redevelopment design, riverfront development, and funding
opportunities for FY 2024, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
