RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK STREET INVESTMENTS, LLC, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE 11TH STREET BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, LOCATED AT 1314 BLACK HAWK STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a
Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with Black Hawk Street Investments, LLC, in
conjunction with the 11th Street Bridge Reconstruction Project, located at 1314 Black Hawk
Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said
document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
