RESOLUTION NO. 2023-423
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PRO -
WEST & ASSOCIATES, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$1,597.27, TO PROVIDE UPDATES TO THE EXISTING
SIDEWALK INSPECTOR SOLUTION, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 3, 2023 between Pro West and Associates
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $1,597.27, to provide updates to the
existing Sidewalk Inspector Solution, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
