RESOLUTION NO. 2023-411
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CONFLICT WAIVER WITH AHLERS AND COONEY, P.C.,
FOR A COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR THE WATERLOO
TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BOARD AND THE CITY
OF WATERLOO FOR THE FTTP AND CITY BACKBONE
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE BOARD CHAIR AND
BOARD SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the amendment to the conflict waiver originally executed February 20, 2023, between Ahlers and
Cooney, P.C. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a cooperation agreement for the FTTP and City
Backbone Project, is hereby approved, and the Board Chair and Board Secretary are authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the Waterloo Telecommunication Board.
