RESOLUTION NO. 2023-412
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION GRANT NO: 3-19-0094-0056 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1,936,017.00, FOR THE PHASE 2 PAVEMENT
RECONSTRUCTION OF TAXIWAY ALPHA WEST AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Federal Aviation Administration Grant No: 3-19-0094-0056 in the amount of $1,936,017.00,
for the Phase 2 Pavement Reconstruction of Taxiway Alpha West at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and Directed to
execute said document.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
