RESOLUTION NO. 2023-415
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY23 SIDEWALK INFILL, RAMP
AND TRAIL - ZONE 3, CONT. NO. 1079.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY23 Sidewalk Infill, Ramp and Trail - Zone 3, Cont. No. 1079, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY23 Sidewalk Infill, Ramp and Trail - Zone 3, Cont. No.
1079, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 3, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY23 Sidewalk Infill, Ramp and Trail - Zone 3, Cont. No. 1079, are hereby approved, and
said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July 2023.
