RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 YOUNG ARENA EXPANSION PROJECT -
PHASE I, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS JULY 12, 2010,
AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of July, 2010, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 2010 Young Arena Expansion Project - Phase I, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
