ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 5 5
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 18 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA :
Section 1 : That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 , as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No.
17 of said section, the following Sub-Section eighteen (18) :
Block i in Shilliam Fourth Addition in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa , as "R-2" One
and Two Family Residence District, be, and the same is here-
by zoned as "C-1" Commercial District."
Section 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed
to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder
of Black Hawk County, Iowa .
