BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended , be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 18 of said section, the following Sub-Section nineteen (19) : "19 - "R-3" Multiple Residence District: A parcel of land located in the South 1/2 of the SW t, Section 3, Township 88, Range 13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa , des- cribed as follows : Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 45, Brookeridge, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa ; thence South a distance of 297.59 feet; thence South 33 degrees , 0 minutes , 31 seconds East a distance of 348.41 feet; thence South 19 degrees , 46 minutes , 51 seconds East a distance of b0.00 feet; thence Southwesterly along a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 781.09 feet a distance of 237 .53 feet; thence South 0 degrees , 01 minute West a distance of 200. 51 feet; thence South 89 degrees , 33 minutes West a distance of 300.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees , 01 minute East a distance of 230.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes East a distance of 123.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 01 minutes East a distance of 660. 20 feet; thence North 39 degrees 33 minutes East a distance of 199. 10 feet to the point of begin- ning.
