ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 20 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF
SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN TdE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No.
19 of said section, the following Sub-Section twenty (20) :
20 All that part of the Northeast quarter (NE ,10
of the Southeast quarter (SE ) of Section No.
Thirty-three (33) , Township No. Eignty-nine
(89) North, Range No. Thirteen (13) West of
the 5th P.M. , Siacit Hawa County , Iowa, lying
Southeast of U.S. dighway No. 63.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agri-
cultural District, be, and the same is nereby zoned as "R-2"
one and two Family Residence District'!
Section 2: That tie City Clerk be, ano he is hereby, directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder
of Blacic Hawk County , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1971.
