AN ORDINANCE VACATING ONE BLOCK OF COTTAGE STREET IN THE IOWA OSC-54 (PIC)
OPEN SPACES PLAN IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA as follows:
That
All of Cottage Street lying East of the East line of Mobile
Street and West of the West line of Ash Street,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, shall be, and the same are
vacated.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of July , 1971 .
