HomeMy WebLinkAbout2564-07.27.1971 ORDINANCE NO. 2 5 6 4 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 21 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID ORDINANCE, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 20 of said section, the following Sub-Section twenty-one (21) : "21 All of Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10 in Block 2, City View Heights in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, be, and the same is hereby zoned as "C-1" Commercial District?. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and ne is hereby, directed to file a certified copy of tnis Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk. County, Iowa .
