RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., FOR THE PURCHASE OF SELF
CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA)
EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chief to prepare and file specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., for the Purchase of Self Contained Breathing
Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., and the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 2010.
