ORDINANCE 244ENDINO ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 16 TO SECTION 2A...5 oF SAID
ORDINANCE, RELONING CERTAIN PROVERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOAA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by riding after Sub-Section No. 15 of said Section, the following
Sub-Section sixteen (16) :
"16" Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 24, in Hagerman Place
Addition in the City of Wterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now ioned on the ;.oning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as '11-2" One and Two Family
Residence District be, and the saw is hereby zoned as "C-2" Commercial nistrict."
Section 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Tnw?.
