ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 18 TO SECTION 2A-5 OF SAID
ORDINANCE, RE%iONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1: That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 17 of said Section, the following
Sub-Section eighteen (18) :
The South 810 feet of the East 290 feet of the Southeast
rs of the southwest' Ix of Section 2, Township 89 North,
Range 13 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except public road
right-of-way,
now zoned on the :zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural District
be, and the same is hereby zoned as "R-3" Multiple Residence District."
Section 2: That the city clerk be, And he is hereby, directed to file a
certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of October, 1970.
